Services
Bonaguidi North provides digital product strategy services — including discovery, roadmapping, execution support, and iteration guidance — to founders and experienced innovators. The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement between you and Bonaguidi North.
Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or agreement to provide services. An engagement begins only when both parties have agreed to its terms in writing.
Intellectual Property
Work product created specifically for your engagement — strategies, roadmaps, plans, and other deliverables — belongs to you upon receipt of full payment for that engagement.
Background tools, frameworks, methodologies, and processes developed independently by Bonaguidi North remain the property of Bonaguidi North and are not transferred by any engagement agreement.
Confidentiality
We treat all information you share — about your business, vision, product, or strategy — as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or with your express permission.
We ask the same of you with respect to any proprietary tools, processes, or information we share in the course of our work together.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Digital product strategy is advisory in nature. Bonaguidi North brings its full expertise, experience, and honest judgment to every engagement. However, we cannot guarantee specific business results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, execution quality, and decisions made by your team.
Our commitment is to give you the clearest, most honest pathway forward we can — not to guarantee where that path leads.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bonaguidi North's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall Bonaguidi North be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
Governing Law
